We see where John the Baptist's disciples come to him and are confused and jealous because more people were going to Jesus instead of John to be Baptized. But John quickly tells them that this is expected because John's job was to lead people to Jesus.

Jesus Meets with Nicodemus (Part II)
Jesus continues to speak with Nicodemus. In their conversation, Jesus points to Himself as the Messiah. He also tells Nicodemus that the world walks in darkness and hates the light. However, Jesus stresses that whoever believes in the light and walks in the light will be saved and have eternal life in the Kingdom of God. But those who continue to walk in darkness and practice evil will receive eternal condemnation.

In this lesson, we see Nicodemus, known as "The Teacher,"a religious leader and a Pharisee, comes to Jesus at night to asks Yeshua some questions. Nicodemus, although a great teacher of the law, didn't understand what Jesus was talking about because he denied truth, the word of God. Nicodemus put more emphasis on his religion than the word of God.

We also see that many people saw the signs He was performing and believed in His Name. But we also see where Jesus would not entrust himself to them because He knew them.

Instead of the Temple being a house of prayer, the Religious leaders turned it into a house of commerce. Jesus gets angry and cleanses the Temple.
